What the flat rate covers
The delivery, the haul, the rental period, and the tonnage allowance. The only add-ons are overweight tons (facility rate, passed through), extra days, and prohibited items - all avoidable, all explained on the quote call.

How long do I get the box?
Seven days standard. Running long? One call extends it at a flat daily rate - no penalty, no drama.
When is the same-day cutoff?
Noon. That is when the morning routes clear and we know which staged boxes are free for the afternoon.
Where should the container go?
Flat driveway is ideal. The driver checks approach, clearance, and slope before setting it - and carries boards for the concrete.
What if my load is heavy?
Each size carries an included tonnage (2 to 5 tons by box). Go over and you pay the facility's per-ton rate - passed through, not marked up.
